DIY Programming or Troubleshooting session
This one-off 90 minute session is for someone who:
-Wants an individualised 6-week programme designed for them to follow on their own
and/or
-Needs extra guidance in progressing their plateaued rehab journey
and/or
-Needs support in troubleshooting certain movements which are causing them symptoms
During this session, I will help you build a better connection to your current bodies needs and we will work through different strategies that will help you move forward with your fitness.
Included with this session is a 6-week customised programme and email support.
Coaching packages
With 1:1 in person coaching, clients will receive monthly tailored programming and support to:
-Prepare for birth and recovery (for pregnant clients)
-Bridge the gap between rehab and return to fitness (for postnatal clients)
Postnatally, we will work together initially for a 3 month period and continue on after, if needed, at a rolling rate.
If you enjoy the 1:1 coaching, by all means carry on, but if you feel ready to pursue exercise more independently, then the Strength in Motherhood community or in person classes are great options to progress onto.
