This chapter in your life requires patience and consideration. My job is to meet you where you are - understand what your body needs in that moment - and progress you at a pace which suits your individual needs.

I was there (and still am!), stuck in the trenches of motherhood just trying to do and feel my best.
As a former competitive athlete myself, I understand the importance of getting back to the activities you love - things that make you feel like you. I understand the ups and downs and frustrations - but also understand how rewarding it is once you get there.
I will never pretend to have the answers to everything. Everyone's journey is so unique and should be treated as such.
However, I am committed to supporting mothers - working with other professionals, referring out when I need to, and doing the work to get women back to feeling strong.
